Our apartment is part of a
small beachside development in El
Cotillo on the northwest corner of Fuerteventura in the Canary Islands.
It’s an idyllic location only a few metres from a fabulous beach.
The
apartment has recently been decorated throughout and is maintained to a
high standard of cleanliness. Bed
linen, bath towels, electricity and water are included in the rental
price.
Entrance
Front door and south facing patio with small table, chairs, parasol and external key safe.
Living Area
Large sofa, dining suite, coffee table, wall pictures, curtains, television, DVD player, DVD
selection, DVD rack, radio with CD player, ironing board and four drawer side
table.
Kitchen
2 electric rings, sink with hot and cold running water, fridge with small
freezer compartment, kettle, tea pot, toaster, microwave, iron, 3 saucepans, 2
frying pans, 8 piece kitchen tool set with chrome caddy, 5 piece knife
block, 1 chopping board, 24 piece cutlery set, glove and tea
towel set, waste bin, vegetable strainer, coffee pot, scissors, 6
glasses, washing up bowl, tray and wall mounted water heater.
Bathroom
Hot and cold
running water, vanity unit, shaver point/socket, washing machine, toilet, bath,
shower over bath, shower curtain,
towel rail, wall mirror, mop and bucket set, broom,
toilet brush set and towels.
 
Bedroom
Twin beds, bedside table, one drawer chest, four drawer chest, double wardrobe, hair dryer,
fan, spare single quilt sets, 1 double blanket, 2 single blankets,

Viewing
If you are visiting
Fuerteventura we can arrange for you
to view the apartment. There is a viewing fee of £10 to cover our
agents costs. Viewing is only available if the apartment is
unoccupied. |
